Spencelooker Recruitment have been instructed by an Award Winning and Industry market leader in the Property Development and investment to seek to ambitious Asset Manager to join the commercial assets team. This real market leader in providing contemporary design led schemes are at the forefront of regenerations projects for over 30 years.
We are seeking an ambitious surveyor in commercial property with broad surveying experience including transaction, lease advisory and experience managing a multi occupied commercial portfolio. Broad ranging and very rewarding role working in a fast paced environment as a key member of a small commercial property team.
·Deal maker who is driven by closure, transactions, curation of space and adding value·Good working knowledge of deal structures, acquisitions, disposals and creative deal making, L&T matters i.e. Assignments, Underletting, Lease Renewals, Rent Reviews, Dilapidations etc …
·Proactive and creative in finding solutions that achieve deals, maximize profit but also deliver a fantastic customer experience.
·Strong manager able to take ownership of all areas of their asset.
·Able to deliver refurbishments, redevelopment and take full ownership for capital expenditure.
·Managing and nurturing JV Partner relationships.
·Service charge and budget setting/management experience.
This represent a rare and excellent opportunity for an Ambitious surveyor seeking an Asset Manager role to join a leading and iconic property development, ideally MRICS qualified or soon to be with a minimum of 3 years experience Property/Asset Management or Agency/ L&T focused experience to date.
Head office is based in Manchester, the portfolio is UK wide but this role is predominantly in the North West, with flexible working available and required travel to and from their Iconic sites.
Market leading salary dependent on experience with fantastic benefits package and bonus.
