Nick Looker - Founding Director.

Nick is a founding director of SpenceLooker Recruitment in 2001.

Following a passion for property and a degree in Real Estate Management he pursued a career in the London Property Market before returning to the North West as a property recruiter in 1997, making him one of the UK most experienced Property Recruiters, He brings a wealth of market knowledge and recruitment experience to the industry.

Nick has been a trusted partnered to many of the UK leading Property Companies , Funds and Corporate Clients. He is also involved in the recruitment, extensive training, and continuous development of our consultants

With a passion for adventure in his spare time he can be found climbing some of Europe highest Peaks

Bio

David Collins - Director.

David joined SpenceLooker Recruitment in 2004 having spent 5 years developing his sector knowledge within a major international recruitment consultancy.

Focusing on recruiting real estate professionals from recently qualified RICS surveyors to senior level appointments across all asset classes including commercial, residential and the specialist markets, David is revered as one of the most experience consultants within the industry.

David is highly regarded within a number of the major national advisory firms and regularly undertakes “off market “ search assignments along with partnering with his clients’ internal talent Acquisition teams across all disciplines.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family travelling and watching sport.

David Collins
Bio

Richard Williams - Associate Director.

Richard has joined SpenceLooker Recruitment to set up a new Residential recruitment division. After starting out as a commercial property agent, he spent 8 years with one of the world’s leading property recruitment consultancies before setting up his own headhunt business.

After that, he set up, grew and sold a successful fuel card business and with those proceeds, bought a former children’s home and developed the site into 4 detached homes. Most recently, he has run his own online estate agency business before deciding to return back to property recruitment.

He will focus on the residential property sector from the front end of acquisition and planning, through the construction teams and onto the sales, valuation and management elements.

In his spare time (although there’s not a lot with 8 kids between him and his partner!), Richard likes anything sport related especially hockey at Alderley Edge, golf at Wilmslow GC and watching Liverpool FC.
