Our client is a leading UK for-profit registered housing provider, specializing in the acquisition of new build affordable homes. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable housing solutions, through rent to buy and shared ownership schemes. They are a growing organisation, we’re looking for a driven Acquisition Manager to join the team.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Acquisition Manager. In this senior role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and acquiring new build affordable homes from National and Regional Housebuilders.

Responsibilities of Acquisition Manager:

  • Sourcing and Negotiation of New Homes from National and regional Housebuilders
  • Presenting and negotiating competitive proposals and bids throughout the North.
  • Providing Valuations, strategy reports and working with Joint venture partners


Requirements of Acquisition Manager:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate acquisitions of Land/Development or Property.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • of s106 agreements would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided.
  • a genuine interest in the development process and the residential market with an emphasis on affordable housing;
