About the Role

As an Industrial Agent, you will be immersed in the fast-paced world of sheds, warehouses, and logistics sites. Working with an impressive list of clients including institutional funds, property companies, and corporate occupiers, you will play a key role in the acquisition and disposal of industrial properties.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing instructions for the sale, letting, and acquisition of industrial assets.
• Conducting site inspections and property viewings across the region.
• Developing new business through networking and building strong client relationships.
• Preparing marketing materials and providing strategic advice to clients.
• Negotiating heads of terms and liaising with solicitors through to completion.
• Keeping on top of market trends and data to provide insightful analysis.

• MRICS Qualified: Recently chartered with a desire to specialise in the industrial sector.
