Our client is a leading name in land management and property consultancy, known for our expertise in delivering exceptional service and results for our clients. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach and our commitment to sustainable and strategic land use. We are now looking to expand our team with a dynamic and driven Land Acquisition Manager.

Job Description:

As a Land Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and securing land for various development projects. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with landowners, developers, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities.

 Conduct thorough due diligence and site assessments.

 Negotiate terms and agreements with landowners and other relevant parties.

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, developers, and landowners.

 Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and client use.

 Perform Land appraisal and feasibility site studies.

 Stay informed about market trends, planning regulations, and other relevant factors affecting land acquisition.

Requirements:

 Proven experience in land acquisition, property development, or a related field.

 Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

 Excellent analytical and research abilities.

 Knowledge of local planning regulations and market conditions.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 A relevant degree or professional qualification is preferred.
