North West, £60,000– plus car and profitshare
Company
Our client is a progressive, forward-thinking residential valuation company that is taking an innovative new approach to RICS Home Buyers Surveys and Building Surveys. Currently operating across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Cheshire, the aim is to grow the business nationally in due course. As well as Level 2 and 3 surveys, the company undertakes residential valuations for Help to Buy, probate, matrimonial and mortgages but their focus is towards the home buyers rather than financial institutions.
As an early recruit into the business, the ideal candidate must be a good personality fit and well as having the ability to work independently and produce first class reports.
Role
Unlike a lot of surveying companies, it’s quality over quantity. They do not chase 6 points a day rather than aim for approximately 4 points a day so detailed high-quality reports can be given. Producing Level 2 and 3 Home Surveys. Completing residential valuations. Conducting calls with our customers to go through the reports and our findings.
The Candidate
- Minimum AssocRICS qualified with experience of Level 2 & 3 surveys.
- Have a full UK driving licence.
- Registered valuer or a desire to become one.
Remuneration
- Salary up to £60,000
- Discretionary profit share bonus
- Pension up to 5% of salary
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
