Our client one of the most active Property Consultancies in Manchester are seeking a commercial driven commercially driven, sales-oriented Commercial Property Agent to their agency and investment team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage the leasing , selling and acquisition of commercial space including office, retail and industrial sites.

What you'll be doing:

• Market commercial properties for lease or sale.
• Conduct site visits and property inspections with potential clients.
• Negotiate lease terms, purchase agreements, and renewals.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements.
• Build and maintain a database of commercial clients, landlords, and properties.
• Prepare marketing materials and presentations for client meetings.
• Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, architects, and other professionals.

What we're looking for:

• A proactive, target-driven mindset with strong interpersonal skills

• Previous experience in property leasing, sales, or a related field

• Passion for commercial property and an appetite to learn
