A varied workload of quality refurbishment, acquisition and other surveying work for national developers, investors and occupiers who can provide an excellent framework for your future career with this expanding national company.

The successful individual will have building surveying degree or equivalent with 2:1 Hons or above, with an outgoing and professional manner, and be ambitious to progress their career. Ideally 12 months evidence of property related work experience, but not essential. A full driving License. The role offers hybrid working with business travel for site based projects.

The company have a successful track record as a RICS Accredited Training Company and will give support to the selected Candidate to complete their APC.
