Our client is a leading firm of multi-disciplined Chartered Surveyors in Manchester with an excellent reputation. Due to expansion there is a newly created role within the lease advisory and rating team.

The ideal candidate will be close to taking their APC or newly qualified within the last 12 months.

Job role includes:

Lease Renewals and Assignments
• Undertaking measured surveys
• Lease interpretation and analysis
• Analysis of market evidence and rental valuations
• Negotiating and drafting heads of terms
• Preparing and drafting lease documents

Rent Reviews
• Undertaking measured surveys
• Lease interpretation and analysis
• Analysis of market evidence and rental valuations
• Negotiating rent reviews and offering clients advice with regards to third party determination
• Representing Landlords and Tenants in third party disputes
