Spencelooker Recruitment Ltd are working with a international property consultancy to recruit an ambitious recently qualified MRICS Surveyor (up to 2 years PQE) to join their growing Lease Advisory team based in Bristol.

We’re looking for:

• Ideally or soon to be MRICS-qualified Surveyor with up to 2 years post-qualified experience
• Experience of lease events – rent reviews, lease renewals, or re-gears
• Background in estate management, asset management, or lease advisory
• Confident communicator with strong analytical and negotiation skills
