They are seeking a Leasing/Asset Manager to play a key role in leasing of office/industrial space in the North. Joining a existing team you will manage the enquiries, viewing, agreeing head of teams and be involved in refurbishment and asset management of this vast portfolio.

Ideally MRICS but not essential with minimum of 2 years experience, in sales, management and estates background will be considered. A commercial approach to property is essential.
