Planner up to Associate Director - Cardiff
Wales, £40,000–£60,000 excellent benefits from leading national firm.
Major multi disciplinary practice seek a Town Planner to support the Director to deliver planning advice on a wide range of development projects.
Duties will include assisting in the formulation of development proposals, managing the planning application process, external consultant teams and internal advisors. Reporting regularly to clients and negotiating on behalf of the client to achieve optimum outcomes.
The successful candidate will be a member of the RTPI or RICS ( P&D ), highly analytical with good communication, report writing and interpersonal skills
