Our client is a National Property Company with commercial Asset across the UK . Their retail assets portfolio is predominantly in the North and Midlands wide consisting of shopping centre's, through to other retail and leisure town center's investments.

The role is to be responsible for adding value through creative income focused initiatives including leasing and marketing strategy, overseeing refurbishments to increase long term value and tenant retention and creative landlord and tenant matters solutions.

The suitable candidate will be expected to have over 5 years previous experience in commercial property from either asset/property management, agency or lease advisory background. You must prove you have an excellent track record negotiating and concluding commercial leasing and other similar negotiations with retail and leisure tenants and have a wealth of experience in Asset Management.
