Our client a Top 5 Multi-Disciplinary firm of Chartered Surveyors require an ambitious property management surveyor to join their national team in Manchester.

Working for Leading Property Funds, Developers and Property Companies, across all commercial sectors including offices, mixed-use retail and industrial. You will be join a leading team, offering varied work, an opportunity to quickly develop client relationships with structured training and career progression.

Keys skills required:

Review cash flow and budgets including Service Charge year end reconciliation.

Reading lease and ensuring accurate data is maintained

Responsibility for action in response to legal notice and forthcoming lease events.

Attend client meetings

Ensuring Rent demands and tenant application fee are invoiced.

Identify opportunities in the for cross selling activities.

Candidates Requirements:

Ideally or soon to be MRICS qualified.

Strong Focus on client relationships and customer service.

Knowledge of Legislation relating to Property Management

Confident and Professional with a minimum of 1 years property management experience.
