Our client is a leading provider of Affordable Homes in the North Of England is seeking an Acquisition Manager to expand their successful business in the region.

The role will be responsible for Acquiring of New Build Affordable Homes from Housebuilders and other Residential property companies and sourcing other suitable properties for conversion reporting directly on a regular basis to the Senior Management Team.

Responsibilities of Acquisition Manager:

• Sourcing and Negotiation of New Homes from National and regional Housebuilders
• Presenting and Negotiating competitive proposals and bids throughout the North.
• Providing Valuations, strategy reports and working with Joint venture partners

Requirements of Acquisition Manager:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years experience in Residential Land and Property within a Housebuilders or Housing Association background.
• Demonstrable track record in Residential land or house sales with an ambitious property sales and negotiation background
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with Senior management teams
• understanding of s106 agreements would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided.

Salary up to £50,000 dependent on suitable experience in addition to OTE of £50,000 in bonuses based of sites acquired.
