We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as the Assistant Leasing Support Surveyor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient lease management service. Your primary focus will be on completing Under Lease Plus Agreements (uLPAs), handling renewals, surrenders, assignments, and other lease management matters for the North West.

Responsibilities:

Manage lease agreements, including uLPAs, renewals, surrenders, and assignments.

Collaborate with the Property teams to ensure accurate documentation of the estate.

Contribute to CHP’s objectives related to estate optimization and regularisation.

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

Relevant experience in lease management or property management.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of lease agreements and property documentation.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
