Our clients is one the fastest growing multi-disciplinary property consultant based in Manchester. An Associate Director is sought to oversee a portfolio of quality commercial assets in North West region, including industrial, office and Retail and mixed-use assets. You will be responsible for a small team and work alongside in-house facilities management team, reporting directly to the clients on your element of the portfolio asset enhancing advice as well as running the property management of these assets.

Working alongside the Respected Director of Property Management, you will be involved in winning new business, cross selling and assisting in fee/tender acting for a wide variety of property companies private investors and developers mainly in the North West.

The successful candidates will be:

Ambitious and with an outgoing/professional personality

MRICS ideally although not essential, at least 5 years previous property management experience of commercial properties.

Knowledge of Statutory compliance, L@T law.
