A Rare and exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a highly successful Property Investment and development company, based in the North West. The successful Quantity Surveyor you will ideally be working for a consultancy, or client side organization.

A highly successful development company, located in the North West, who is currently undertaking some exciting new refurbishment and new build schemes.

The person

As the successful Quantity Surveyor, you will;

• Have a degree in Quantity Surveying, or similar.
• Have at least 3 years experience, working within a client side or consultancy arena
• Be highly articulate and able to communicate at all levels
• You’ll have a detailed understanding of commercial property, in terms of contracts and procurement.
