They are seeking a commercial leasing Manager to play a key role in leasing of office/lab space in the North West. Joining a respected team you will manage the enquiries, viewing, agreeing head of teams and be involved in refurbishment and development appraisals for tenants requirements.

Ideally a real estate graduate with a minimum of one years experience, in sales, negotiation, deal structures and market knowledge in office market.
