Our client is a National Property Company with commercial Asset across the UK . Their retail assets portfolio is UK wide consisting of major shopping centre's, through to other retail and leisure town center's and out of town investments.

We are seeking an experienced Retail Asset Manager to oversee all retail assets from the Midlands through to Scotland. The role is to be responsible for adding value through creative income focused initiatives including leasing strategy, overseeing refurbishments to increase long term value and tenant retention and creative landlord and tenant matters solutions.

The suitable candidate will be expected to have over 3 years previous experience in commercial property from either asset/property management, agency or lease advisory background. You must prove you have an excellent track record negotiating and concluding commercial leasing and other similar negotiations with retail and leisure tenants and have a wealth of experience in being creative in working within this specialist sector. Most importantly you will ambitious to develop your career, and be rewarded accordingly for your experience and efforts within a fast paced property company.
