Senior Management Surveyor - UK Portfolio

Our client is a leading UK Property company with significant commercial asset management arm, focusing on enhancing value in Property, including shopping centres, offices and industrial estates across the UK. Their 5 strong UK Property management team , deliver best in service property management and FM for high profile UK assets in office and retail sectors

They are seeking an experienced property manager, to manage a number large of high-profile properties across the UK, based either in London or Manchester

Work responsibilities include:

management of rental and including tenant arrears

Carry out annual internal and external inspections of tenanted building

Look into tenant repairing obligations and make sure they have been meeting what has been stated in the lease, then serve repairing notices where required.

preparation and administration of service charge budgets and expenditure

Carry out vacant inspections and advice on dilapidations

Carry out external site inspections

Manage the tenants’ external areas so they are kept clean and tidy so they don’t cause any insurance issues

Assisting in acquisition and disposal of properties

Dealing with compliance and health and safety issues

Candidate:

A minimum of 5-10 years previous property management experience gained with leading private practice or similar property company.

Able to travel across the UK

Ideally MRICS Qualified.

Ability to work in faced paced team environment.

Strong written and communication skills.

First rate career opportunity, part hybrid role, expected Salary £50-65,000 per Annum plus car , and usual large company benefits package and bonus.
