The business has recently won another significant bid for a major regeneration project through its joint venture platform, supporting the Government’s levelling-up agenda by creating spaces that deliver desirable and sustainable places to live and work.

This project, in addition to the existing pipeline, have created the need to further strengthen the team through the appointment of a Senior Project Manager.

The preferred candidate should be able to demonstrate delivery of commercial, residential, and/or mixed-use development experience through the full project lifecycle with minimal supervision, with an astute commercial attitude to risk. Professional qualifications are desirable but not essential.
