Major multi disciplinary practice seek to appoint a senior level valuation professional to assist the head of department grow the valuation and advisory offering within their successful UK and EMEA Hotels and Hospitality Team.

This senior, West End based role, sits specifically within the Valuation and Advisory team who provide advice to a broad array of clients ( lenders / investors / owner operators ) for a variety of purposes ( loan security / accounts / viability studies / dispute resolution ).

Ideally already operating at Director / Associate Director level, you will be responsible for the management of an existing team of surveyors and analysts valuing all types of hotels principally focussed across the United Kingdom.

In addidtion, you will take responsibility for developing the service line targetting new investor and new lender clients whilst working with colleagues across the Hotels & Hospitality Team and the wider business.
