Our client is a leading firm of multi -disciplined Chartered Surveyors based in Lancashire and Manchester with an excellent reputation, their commercial agency team cover commercial lettings, sales and investment and are one the most active agents in the region, led by respected partners.

The role is principally involved in properties across all sectors including offices, healthcare, industrial and retail as well and investment and development projects, often retained by various clients you will tasked with acquisition as well as traditional disposals and lettings.

They are seeking a Graduate Agency Surveyor to join the team, for any candidates who are completing their APC you will also gain experience within the commercial property sector involving the letting and sale of a wide range of property assets and professional work, and excellent training.

The Applicant must have:

Drive and Confidence to close deals, with a sales driven attitude and outgoing personality.

A real estate degree with 2:1 Hons or above, with an outgoing and professional manner, is ideal although individuals with property sales experience will be considered.

A full driving License.

The company have a successful track record as a RICS Accredited Training Company and will give support to the selected Candidate to complete their APC, if required.
