The role is principally involved in assisting in the sale and lettings of commercial properties in Manchester/Cheshire, working alongside a range of clients including a wide range of clients a range of clients including Developer, private individuals and Property companies.

They are seeking a Agency Surveyor to join the team, for any candidates who are completing their APC you will also gain experience within the commercial property sector involving the letting and sale of a wide range of property assets and professional work, and excellent training.

The Applicant must have:

Drive and Confidence to close deals.

A real estate degree with 2:1 Hons or above, with an outgoing and professional manner

Ideally evidence of property related work experience. A full driving License.

The company have a successful track record as a RICS Accredited Training Company and will give support to the selected Candidate to complete their APC.
