What we are looking for:

We are currently looking for an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor or experienced Graduate Building Surveyor to join our Building Surveying Team. The role will be based in the North West working between home and the Manchester office.

What does the role involve?

As part of the Building Surveying team, you will deliver a wide range of consultancy services:

• Contract Administration;
  
• Building Surveys;
  
• Dilapidations;
  
• Reinstatement Cost Assessments; and
  
• Schedules of Condition.
  

Example Projects you could be involved in;

· Industrial refurbishments;
· Roof replacement and overclad projects;
· Energy improvement schemes;
· Reconfiguration and sub-division works; and
· Feasibility studies and installation of Photovoltaic cells.


To be successful in this role you will have:

• MRICS or working towards being Chartered with a minimum of 1-2 years experience;
  
• Experience in contract administration projects, dilapidations, schedules of condition and building surveys;
  
• A full clean driving licence;
