A major national multi-disciplinary practice has a requirement for an ambitious Senior Surveyor/Associate level, property manager to join their Manchester team, you will be effectively assisting in running your own portfolio's, reporting to clients to ensure all work is do in a timely managing the client’s expectations. Clients range from Pension funds, leading NW based Property Companies.

You will be MRICS qualified with a minimum of 5 years property Management experience in a market leading firm either based in the North West or looking to relocate to the North West.

Already operating in senior capacity in a property management team, you will be experienced in managing property portfolio's and be interested in adding value to clients portfolio through creative asset management initiatives and providing a good client service reputation.

You will be professional and commercial astute with an ability to building lasting relationships with clients and have a desire to work in a fast based and young team environment, working towards a management role which will encompass business development, mentoring the team, and ensuring all works is completed to timescale.
