The advice provided is wide ranging from traditional rent reviews and lease renewals as well as tactical Asset management including re gears, lease re-structuring and related consultancy assignments.

The successful candidate will not only support the existing team but also be involved in and leading on winning new business whilst providing the best advice appropriate for clients to help them meet their goals and aspirations.

This person will enhance and develop internal networks and support the team profile in the market. They will work collaboratively to generate new instructions, pool expertise within the team and identify potential cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Degree level qualification
• MRICS qualification with professional body and member as appropriate

Core Knowledge & Experience:

• Experience of leading projects to deliver seamless client service
• Demonstrable ability to take responsibility of client instructions
• Business development and client relationship management. Demonstrable understanding of client needs
• Experience in networking and building relationships internally and externally
• Experience selling successfully to clients
• Experience in lead client contact positions, conducting pitches and presentations
• Demonstrable technical competence in areas including rent reviews and lease renewals
• In-depth market and local knowledge in London offices, ideally.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry sector
• Financial acumen and budget management
• High level business and report writing experience
• In-depth knowledge of current legislation and case law relevant to role
• IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet)
• IT industry specific packages (i.e. Circle, Developer, Grail, etc)
