We are seeking a commercial account manager to be responsible for the retention, professional services and customer service to blue chip tenants.

This is a creative role where understanding your tenant future plans and being able to deliver projects/deals to satisfy all parties is key. Specific Lease advisory and project planning experience is ideal.

Ideally MRICS qualified or part qualified is ideal, this role will allow graduates to complete apc studies if required. Most important is a real desire to work in fast evolving sector of specialist innovation hubs and lab space.
