National Estate Surveyor - UK Corporate ( Cheshire )

Our client is a UK Leading Global Corporate Company they are market leaders in their specialism, who are seeking an Estate Surveyor is, to manage a predominantly UK leasehold portfolio of industrial/retail Properties, with over 250 properties throughtout the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an long established and stable Estates Team in a UK role, recent acquisitions has added a major portfolio which requires integration and asset management into this significant UK Portfolio.

The successful Applicants will be required to demonstrate some detailed experience of estates issues, including rent review/lease renewal and property management, further experience in this role will be gained acquisition and disposals, business rates, alterations, refurbishments and dilapidations, green lease/ESG issues. Ideally you will be recently MRICS qualified looking to work in a fast paced varied role with excellent career opportunity for this market leader.

Salary range £40,000-55,000 dependent on experience, excellent benefits package, including fully PHEV hybrid expensed car and share ownership and excellent benefits package on offer.
